Tonight's Menu

The evening will begin with a cocktail reception with an open bar and a wide array of appetizers. A cheese fondue with a platter of various breads and another platter of fruit will adorn the buffet table. The bar will remain open throughout the evening. After the reception guests will enjoy a sit-down dinner, following which the buffet table will host a chocolate fountain with a platter of various cakes and another of fruit..

New potatoes stuffed with crab meat or Caponata

Soup and Salad

Vichyssoise, Tomato Soup with basil or fresh salad

Main Course

Grilled Ginger chicken with seasoned rice and crisp snow peas

Filet Mignon with baked potato and crisp fried apples

Vegetarian souffle

Dessert

Chocolate Mousse or Cheesecake topped caramel

On the Buffet table

Chocolate Fountain with a platter of various cakes and another of fruit.

Drinks

There is an open bar serving most drinks a guest could possibly want and staff walking around with trays of white and red wine.
