A Night on the Town ((Attn: Drev))
Wren arrived back in Nachton just before five and hopped right into the shower, washing the travel grime from her skin and hair. Finished with her shower she used the hotel blow drier to help style her long raven tresses into a swinging shine. She decided to leave her hair down as it would look dramatic against her pale skin and the red of her dress.
Her make up consisted of a pale foundation, a thin line of eye liner, a colorless shimmer on her eyelids, the same on her cheeks and lipstick that matched her fingernails exactly.
She studied herself in the full length mirror and smiled at the figure she made.
"Definitely going to turn a few heads in this tonight."
Laughing she packed up her little evening bag, with lipstick, ID, cash, mace and her hotel key. She flipped off the lights, grabbed her leather jacket and headed down to the lobby even though it was still a few minutes before seven.
Wren stepped off the elevator and went to the windows near the front of the lobby and stood staring out at the swirling snow as she waited for her date.
((ooc Something similar to what she is wearing is here Only her's is more of a true red, and is a smooth fabric, this is just the closest I could find.))
She spun around on her butt and grabbed them. Giggling when she nearly fell over, she started to loosen the laces. She got them on and tied and then looked up at Drev.
"Ready to go." She held out a hand to him, giggling at her hiccup.
“Come on, goofball. Let’s go. D’you want to grab the wine?”
She wove her way to the little fridge and managed to get the bottle out with out falling. The sodas in the fridge had come with the room so she left them. She walked with a sway back across the room, and got her dress, the evening bag and her regular purse. She looked around and the only evidence of her was the two empty cups and the bottle of wine.
"Kay, let's go."
She noticed he had her cases in one hand. 'He's like really strong. Cool. I bet he could do one handed push ups with me on his back.' The thought made her giggle, and she lead the way out of the room and to the elevator. She leaned against Drev as the box moved them the two floors to the lobby. With his hand on her shoulder they went to the front desk to get her checked out.
Wren used the cash she had left to pay for the room. She was glad she'd be getting more tomorrow. She waved good by to the nice man behind the desk with the lecherous glint in his eye and let Drev help her into the limo, she slumped on the seat and waited for him to get in.
"You're not going to get carsick, are you?" Drev asked with an easy smile. While Drev didn't really care about having to pay to get the limo cleaned, he really wasn't a big fan of vomit. He could certainly do without having to witness that.
"Made of iron. I only throw up when I drink tequila shots. I could shoot one fifty one and not ralph, but tequila and I'm worshiping at the porcelain throne."
She giggled and crossed her ankles, playing drums on her belly. She wondered what his house looked like and if he had a comfy couch.
Sooner than he was expecting, the limo pulled up in front of his building. When the driver pulled open the door, Drev got out and helped Wren out of the car. He went around to get her bags from the trunk, and slipped the driver another hundred. "Thank you very much," Drev said as he hoisted the bags in either hand. "Next time I need a limo, I want you behind the wheel." Drev shook the man's hand, then brought the bags over to Wren.
"Right this way," he said with a smile, and led her into his building.
((ooc Drev out))
"Kay."
She followed him inside, blinking several times to let her eyes adjust to the light.
((Wren out lock up please.))
