"Babysit? Hardly." Kem smiled at Su-Chen. "You're good company. I hope you like it here."
Normally not the world's chattiest type, Kem found himself wishing the woman well in earnest. Although he might actually have stayed if she'd wanted him to, he also wanted her to have some time to consider what had happened, now that she had her things and was safely installed at Liefde. He did give her his cell number, however.
"Here. If you have any questions and you can't or don't want to ask MARI, just let me know. I don't live at Liefde, but I'm also not so far away that I can't come help out. I'm also working at Meridian for the time being, so I'll be around."
With that he headed out, promising himself that for the next several weeks, the stairs were not on his to-do list.
((ooc: Kem out pending response!))

She stood outside the building a few moments, after stepping from the cab, and just looked up. It was pretty impressive, to her. And a little on the intimidating side.
Taking a deep breath, she walked towards the door and into the building. She went where directed, a smallish room... perhaps not too small, but she was feeling a tad edgy about the whole thing, and sat in a chair and waited.
She didn't know what she was waiting for, or who. Nor how long she'd be waiting.
She nervously smoothed the front of her dress, and played with the fringes of her cuffs. She even hummed lighlty, unaware she was doing so, as she stared straight ahead. Waiting....

"Thanks. I'll do that." She didn't -really- want him to go, she just didn't feel the need to make him stay. Had she thought that already? She shrugged mentally and watched him go.
She sat on the, to her mind, over stuffed chair once again and looked around. It was going to take a lot of work to make this home. She sighed lightly and leaned back in the chair and closed her eyes, willing the power to know what was in Liza's mind. Of course, that would never happen, but a girl could wish couldn't she?
((OOC.... done here then. okay to lock or whatever.))
