New header/banner for the black vb skin

The one under vbDark (worksafe) works fine

Holly freaking cow.. that's hot with a capitol H

I use the black, and while I love the new banner, a worksafe one would be appreciated. I have a privacy screen so the black helps keep the illusion of the screen in place. I just Alt Tab should someone walk behind me, which is darn near impossible.
