9 March 2006 Patch Release Notes

Just to make everyone aware of the latest:

The Dreamwalking Ability description has been updated for the purposes of clarificiation. No, this is not a nerf, in fact if you have this ability you may notice it holds more potential now than ever!

The Vampire FAQ has gone through a little cleaning up and links have been added to longer write ups.

And finally, there is a write up explaining our policy on clan only abilities and flaws posted in the city gates along with a look at how and why they develop as they do.
