House of Pain is located east of downtown, in the industrial quarter of Nachton. It is a large gray building and its main floor is located 20 stories up. Entry into the building is not thru conventional means but from the sewers beneath. This is an open vampire haven and it gives new meaning to 'free for all'.

There are vampire bouncers patrolling the main floor and the protected 'private clan booths'. Each clan represented by their chosen guard. The rest of the building is sealed off from the vampire public and hidden rooms are used as makeshift feeding spaces through blood dispensers or...otherwise. The main 20th floor is sound proof, so outside traffic have no clue as to the House of Pain's business. There is music being played at all times, as well as the painful pleasuring.

New vampires would be wise to keep close to their clan guarded section and to bring other clan members. Those who walk alone in House of Pain rarely see the night again.
