Ellis' Domain
Upon the even of the ground breaking for the Opera House, its builder David Sinclair inserted a long forgotten entrance that led to a tunnel that led to another area underneath the building itself. This area was suppose to be something of an emergency exit for the basement occupants, should the building ever catch fire or there be some act of warfare happening above. The door leading to the basement had been sealed, but not the outside entrance to shelter itself.
This is where Ellis Duban took up residency. This is where all the grand evil plans were born.
The shelter was approximately the size of the building lot above it, 4 thousand square feet of nothing. Two bathrooms had been built in and were functional. A full bath and a 3/4. Ellis plans were to section off the area and create her research lab, an office and living quarters. She had no plans to cook down there, not that she cooked anyway.
6 contractors were hired by her lovely assistant Tai and upon completion, they were to be killed so any word or trace of this remodeling would be lost with them.
