Personal Questions
1. Describe your character's personality
Miika lives for his work, he is his work. Most days he blocks everything and everyone else out and just paints for hours on end. He often even forgets to feed when one of these inspirational streaks hit. He sees the beauty in everything and is easily distracted by something pretty. He tends not to pay attention to what is happening around him, which makes him very accident prone. He is convinced that he has the monopoly on bad luck, seeing as how everything that can go wrong, often does when he's around. His moods vary, some days he will be incredibly talkative or affectionate and some days he will curse the world and seek to avoid others. He makes a point of keeping abreast with technology and can often be found painting while listening to traditional Finnish music on his iPod.
2. Describe how your character would appear to a stranger (I.E. typical dress, way they carry themselves etc.)
Miika is normally covered in some sort of proof of his art, be it paint splotches, charcoal residue or sculpture dust. He doesn't appear to notice this or pay too much attention to how he looks. Often he will go out in public completely dishevelled, this is normally after he had been working and if it appears like he had slept in his clothes, he probably had. He has no specific form of dress, being more than willing to throw on whatever item of clothing is closest. He also goes through periods where he refuses to wear anything at all. While he normally walks gracefully enough, people around him might hear to occasional thud followed by a curse when he was not looking where he was going and walked into a wall or tripped over something on the floor. His hair color and style seems to change with his moods as well and he rarely sees a year out with one style.
3.What does your character like?
Vibrant colors, espresso machines, popcorn balls, the smell of acrylics, small children, the feel of wet paint against his skin, returning home for visits, snow, sunrises.
4. Dislike?
Bank canvasses, being disturbed while he works, heat, dead flowers, cats.
5. (For humans) Describe what abilities you see your character having if they were turned.
6. What are your fears?
There is very little Miika fears, not having all that much he cares about means not having a whole lot to lose. Perhaps his biggest fear is never seeing home again, which is why he returns to Finland at least every five years. As a human, his biggest fears were to be struck blind or deaf and be unable to appreciate the arts he was so entranced by. Deep down these fears still exist, but as a creature capable of regeneration, they do not weigh heavily on his mind anymore.
7. What is your character's strengths and weaknesses?
Strengths - Can be charming when he wants to, persistent, focussed.
Weaknesses - Can be an airhead, can be flakey, very self critical, accident prone.

Quirks and Habits worthy of mention
Miika has a bit of an oral fixation and it is rare to see him without something clamped in his mouth, be in a paint brush, pencil, his own fingers, etc. He stares at people's mouths when they talk.
He is also quite tactile and won't hesitate to reach out and touch someone, even if its just something small like tucking hair behind their ear, brushing lint off their shoulder or testing the texture of stubble.
He... er... collects stuffed animals.
Personal History
Miika was a middle child with two brothers. He grew up and went to school like every normal kid. The artistic tendencies had always been there, since he was little he was drawing on walls and on people's faces while they slept. He had no formal training as an artist but spent hours scrutinizing the work of the masters, absorbing techniques and styles. He started working at the Vapriikki Museum Centre at the age of 19, doing all the little no brain tasks for three years until quite by accident one of the artists holding an exhibition had spotted him and noticed the talent. He had made Miika an assistant of sorts and went about educating the boy in the ways of art.
Miika had been with him for less than a year when during his own first exhibition, some tall, Norse guy decided it might be a good idea to immortalize his talent.
To this day Miika tends to stay close by to his creator, only leaving for a couple of months at a time every few years to return home to Tampere where he still keeps close ties with his family. Presently he is just returning from one of these trips.
