Meeting the Boss-Lady (Attn:Carol)
Addison tugged at the short legs of his shorts. He couldn't quite believe he'd gone this route with the clothing, but it did look good on him, although it made him look...younger than he was. The chill air brushing by the bare skin of his legs made him shiver as he looked up at the building the club was supposedly in. A red head shook as he couldn't hear anything but the blowing wind and traffic coming somewhere far behind him.
'Well...here goes nothing' He located the closest sewer entry...a man hole located nearby...and was happy to find that at least it wasn't sealed...or even closed tight. It was tipped up slightly and, with a little effort, he pushed it aside, peering down into the sewer below. At least it looked to be somewhat lit down there.
One last look at the building to determine which direction to head and Addison slipped down and in, pausing only to slide the cover back, before descending to the pavement below. Ignoring the sound of what he thought might be rats behind him, the accountant quickly found a door that didn't appear to belong to the normal decor. Pushing it open, he found himself in a small lobby-looking space, occupied by a fella who appeared rather...unnaturally pale.
Addison's breath hitched in his throat as he paused briefly. Well...he had a reason to be here. He nodded to the still figure, deciding this must be the bouncer leading up to the club. Addison looked around the small space, but it didn't appear that Carol was here yet...or had left directions with the silent man...vampire...vampire man...whatever. So, with a little sigh and cautious look towards the muscly fella, Addison found a clean spot of wall and leaned against it.
(OOC: Addison's outfit is the same as his av: Photo here)
And there would be no doubt as to who he belonged to after this little side show.
Ellis reached up and pushed Addison's shoulders against the wall and disengaged her fangs. She used her tongue to clean up the last bit of blood that came out of the now healing holes in his neck. She took a step back and with the back of her hand, half wiped away, half smearing the rest onto her chin. She was quite full. She let go of the human, leaving him to recoup. Whether that meant fall, slump or just crumble to the floor, she really didn't care.
With a satisfied grumble in her throat, Ellis walked casually back out to the main floor without a word to her new familiar. It wasn't her way to coddle them. They were snacks in between the big hunts and she'd never look at them any other way. Blood smeared face and all, she walked through the main floor and the crowd again parted for her but this time gave her an eerie, yet relieved look. Their eyes all said the same thing.
'Thank god, she looks full.'
She pressed the elevator call button and stepped inside as the doors opened. With a dramatic twirl, she faced the main floor and gave a wink as the doors closed.
That is, of course, if he doesn't pass out. 'Fuuuuccck,' Carol murmured.
And just a second later....**Thump.**
Addison blinked from his new position on the floor. His legs weren't prepared to support him so he ended up on the cold surface of the , looking up at Carol, dazed and reeling. What had happened to Ellis. He gave the blonde a half smile, feeling euphoric still, despite the fact that he was no on the floor.
"Hm mm?" Carol had said something...but what? Addison struggled, trying to get his feet underneath him.. The blood flow finally started to deplete from a particular section of his anatomy...back to where it would me of most use...in the limbs he was trying to move.
"Always...um....like that?"
She looked at him, crumpled on the floor. 'Yup, pretty much. It gets addicting...obviously.' Carol sighed and gave him a wry smile. 'Don't try standing up anytime soon, she probably took a little more than she should have.'
Carol watched him, looking almost a little drunk with his crooked smile. She wasn't going to be able to pick him up. 'I guess I could call someone,' she wondered to herself before she noticed the black boots standing next to her.
He looked over the happy looking man in metro-sexual mesh. 'Need some help taking him back to the Domicile? He been there yet?'
((ooc - going to need permission to move addison here in a sec /grin ))
'Addison, meet Simon. Tacharan's second in command and Ellis' companion.'
'Well then Addison, are we ready to go?' Simon reached out his hand, waiting for Addison to take it.
'Don't try standing up anytime soon, she probably took a little more than she should have.'
A bob of red hair was her response. Addison was starting to feel slightly colder around the edges as the outfit he had on failed to keep his body as warm now that his blood content was lower. The next time he looked up, there was a man there. It was hard to see his features too clearly, but something looked a mite off about the coloring. However, that was too much thought process, so Addison merely gave another half grin.
'Need some help taking him back to the Domicile? He been there yet?'
'Domicile? What is that?' That word had never been mentioned before and the shaky accountant was beginning to wonder why it would have been left out. The definition of domicile being home or residence had him more at ease than he might have been if in other circumstances.
'Addison, meet Simon. Tacharan's second in command and Ellis' companion.'
Addison put more effort into his expression, trying to not appear like the bowled over new familiar that he was. "A pleasure to meet you, Mr. Simon." Besides, this guy was the second in command...that was something to be respected. And then there was a hand offered.
'Well then Addison, are we ready to go?'
"I think...but I might need some assistance in...simple motor skills at the moment." 'Like walking, for one' he thought to himself. Addison brushed some red hair back and reached for Simon's hand, his own arm feeling like it had a lead weight attached to it. And, now that Simon was looking straight at him, Addison had a clear, unobstructed view of 'Numbah Two's' face.
'Well, Ellis had good taste in companions. He was very....' Addison frowned as he searched for the right word...just ending up giving up at the moment. He was shaky and wanted something to drink and a place to lie down...hopefully this...domicile had a place so he could rest before heading back to the hotel. That was going to be one long walk/cab ride back...
(OOC: Permission to move Addison as much as you want)
He turned and looked at Carol and held a hand out to help her stand. The dress looked as if it might snap right off and he smiled a little as she struggled to look lady like. She pulled her hand away and started to fuss with the material, or lack thereof, of her the outfit. Her sudden awkwardness was different. Usually she never seemed to give a second thought to prancing around in her sheer sun dresses, yet now she looked to be covering herself.
'Carol?' Simon shifted Addison effortlessly over to his left shoulder so the red head's head was facing foward, 'Are you alright?'
Carol felt the burn of the blush across her chest as she fidgeted with her outfit. Simon was standing there, looking openly at her with concern and all she could think about was that she was seriously over exposed.
'Pfft, sure. Just a little,' Carol cleared her throat, 'cold, is all. Shall we?' Then she walked off in front of Simon and cursed herself immediately. The back of the outfit was worse then the front. Carol flipped her long blonde hair back over her shoulder and made for the elevator.
The elevator door dinged and he watched Carol walk quickly in. 'Really Carol,' he walked in and stood next to her. Without looking at her he smirked and said, 'That dress makes me blush.' He pursed his lips and tried to stifle a snort, ignoring the glare Carol was giving him.
((OOC Simon and Carol out pending Addison's reply - Next stop...The domicile))
Had Addison had his wits about him, he might be a little embarrassed at the fact he was slung over someones shoulder like a sack of potatoes and paraded through the club to the exit. But...well, he didn't even realize.
Simon lifted Addison's head back
The red read blinked at Simon, peering from behind the red hair that had fallen in his face. He smiled at the eyes looking him over. "Hey there..." he managed weakly, pushing forward suddenly with as much energy as he could muster and pressed a solid kiss to Simon's cheek.
*smack*
Oh...but that used up lots of energy. Addison drew a couple of ragged breaths, breathing in Simon's cologne. The man even smelled cool and solid. Damn...how did one pull that off?
(OOC: Sorry...Addison couldn't resist and a ok to move/leave)
Simon's eyebrows furrowed curiously and did not reply. Carol puckered her lips and snorted loudly. She turned and looked in the other direction when Simon gave her an admonishing glare.
'...(snort), did he just sniff you?'
'Carol.'
'Sorry sorry.'
((OOC - ok now we're out =D ))
