Five Alarm Fire (Attn:Rowan)
Jacqueline gave the doorman a friendly pat on the chest has she passed him. Swaying to the music, she swerved and swiveled past obstacles and people to get to the bar. Earlier tonight she put on a brown wig and dressed up in one of Claire's old frocks and went to the shelter and requested a leave of absence. As a volunteer they couldn't exactly tell her no. Then she went shopping and now she was here, looking for a nice warm bite of something to eat and maybe a little fun for the evening.
She'd say she wasn't picky but that wasn't entirely true. Her standards were too high to go home with just anyone.
"Baby, you are smokin!" The man smiled and shook his head, walking around her in a full circle. "Someone pull the fire alarm before we all go down in flames!"
Jacqueline leaned forward and put a finger to his chest. "That line. It went down in flames."
She pushed past him to the bar, hearing an "Awww, don't be like that." from behind her as she went.
Looking down as she slid onto a bar stool, Jacqueline would have to admit he was right. The little cream one shoulder dress was well made, short, and skin tight. She was definitely smokin.
Dress
He was gratified to have heard her voice, knowing he had done what he should have as her lover whether it was just for the night or not, and when she spoke he raised his head and laughed softly. "I'll take the general screaming," he said, caressing her as he lowered her body to the bed.
As she turned and crawled up to him he watched her with appreciation. She moved gracefully; there was nothing like a vampire to embody a fragile strength and Jacqui did it well. For all that she was tall she was still slender and delicate in appearance, yet he knew she possessed immense force if necessary. She cuddled onto his lap, kittenish in the afterglow, and he wrapped his arms around her, smiling in satisfaction himself.
"Are you sure?" he said, a slightly wicked smile creeping across his lips. Rowan turned to the side and lowered them both to the bed, still holding onto Jacqui.
"It's still early," he said softly. She hadn't been opposed to round two, and saint, he was not... Rowan was still out to appease himself as well; he just preferred to be the giving sort first.
He rocked to the side, half-covering Jacqui with his body and propping himself up on one elbow. "There's plenty of time left," he murmured as he lowered his head to her waiting lips, "to make sure I haven't forgotten a single thing."
